Indemnification and Hold Harmless Agreement

I voluntarily agree and warrant to release and hold harmless all clubs associated with this event from any liability whatsoever, including, but not limited to illness, theft, injury or death.

Attorneys' fees. In the event of any controversy, claim or dispute between the parties arising out of or relating to this Agreement or the breach thereof, the substantially prevailing party shall be entitled, in addition to such other relief as may be granted, to an award of actual attorneys' fees and all other actual costs and expenses which may be incurred by the substantially prevailing party in such action.

Entire Agreement. This agreement expresses the entire agreement of the Parties, regarding the property, and all other subject matter expressed herein, and cannot be amended or changed without the express written agreement of the Parties.
